But, if I don’t know the answer, I can either send you to a site or find out and email you. I have been very healthy for the last 15 years. I have been to the doctor one time in 15 years and take no prescription drugs and I am 63 years old. But, I do a lot of research on the internet about health and ways to keep healthy the natural way. Anything I suggest or sites I lead you to will be all about natural ways of keeping healthy. I also attribute my good health to the Word of God and laughing a lot. For a very long time I was a very serious person and I was sick a lot. But, since I have had freedom from the serious way of life and found fun and laughter and the Word as well as practical ways of natural health. I have been very healthy for a while now. In 7 1/2 years of work I have missed 1 and 1/2 days of sick time.
From time to time I will blog on health issues and nutrition. I find articles that are very interesting and can be of much value in our day to day lives.
